You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
During this time it is allowed to do whatever is reasonably necessary to evaluate the product(s). It is permitted to try out the product as you would in a physical store. In addition, you may unpack the package unless the package is sealed. Have you done more than was necessary to try the product, we can charge you for the damage this may have caused.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you or a designated third party you other than the carrier, the product has been held.
If you have ordered in one order more goods with different delivery times, the withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the day you received the final product or part.

In case of a cancellation you will receive all payments, including delivery cost for shipment back as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have indicated a willingness to use the right of withdrawal, back. We will pay you back with the same currency with which you have paid, unless another method agreed with us.
